About Katya Zaitseva, Executive Director of Programs & Services

Katya Zaitseva

Katya brings over 12 years of experience in program leadership and workforce development. Prior to ICD, she was the Senior Director of Workforce Innovations at Opportunities for a Better Tomorrow (OBT), and before that, she was the Manager of Workforce Development at CAMBA. Katya’s main focus at ED of Programs & Services is to ensure that ICD’s mission remains front and center at all times: connecting individuals with disabilities to employment in good jobs with growth potential. Katya has direct responsibility for all program activities, including DVE, BPSS/Training, Work Readiness, and Job Placement, a new role concentrated on the Student Experience, and Scheduling/Outreach Coordination. Katya received her BA from Bethany College in International Relations, and her MA from Cornell University in Industrial & Labor Relations.
